art9000 strives to protect your privacy and your personal data as well as possible. We only collect, process and use personal data in accordance with German data protection laws.
We only use the data sent for order processing and only with our customers' consent. art9000 doesn't sell any personal data of its customers and passes data to a third party only in case of being a partner corporation, which is participated in the service provision.
We only transmit data, which are essential for service provision (e.g. Name, Address) but not any information about personal data of payment (e.g. Credit card data).
By mailing the order you agree with collection, processing and use of your personal data for purpose of order processing. This agreement can be revoked with effect on future transactions at any time by e-mail or by telephone (+49 2472 / 80 43 120).
Which information about customer is required?
In order to supply as fast as possible and without problems, we require your complete name (first name and family name), the invoice address and where necessary the delivery address, your e-mail-address as well as your mode of payment/bank details. Only in this way can we procees your order and are able to inform you about the status of your order. After mailing your order, we will send you an acknowledgement by e-mail.
How do we protect your data?
You have the possibility to transfer your order and so all data concerning to it encrypted to us (by so-called "Secure Socket Layer", SSL). In this connection a 128-bit data encryption method is used in conjunction with an internationally accepted securety certificate. Or your computer is protected by a company-internal firewall or something like that. In these cases an order via an usual server is also possible but the data are tranferred unencrypted. This means, that it is possible to outstanding third parties, who have enough technological knowlege, the suitable technical equipment and sufficient criminal power to intercept your data and misuse it for their own purposes. So we cannot assume any security guarantee for unencrypted data and recommend specifically the use of the SSL-order.

Of course you can also purchase without activated cookies but in this case you have to dispense with some of the comfort features.
