- Lives (lived) in Italy
I live in the northern part of Italy. I'm not a professional photographer for living. I'm a scientist and I like photography since I was a child.
I started with an old plastic camera. A present from my mother when I was at elementary school. I had my first reflex (film one) when I was at high school.
I've been shooting landscapes and macros for ages… then moved to portraits (not the family ones) since 4 years.
As I'm a precise person, I started reading every possible book on lighting and shooting portraits and then I attended a few courses with good masters.
Coming from the film era to the digital one, I still do not shoot thousands of picture for every session.
I still use the external light meter to see the light available and still add a reference card to the first shot of any shooting with different light to be used afterwards in LR/PS.
I'm definitely not the person with whom you would like to share a photo session......as you will probably judge me too nitpicking........... :-)
